Thank You, Rob Sibiga!

It is with a warm heart that we thank Rob Sibiga for his time as the NISOA Sr Director of Education in 2025. While his time may have been short, Rob’s passion for making the next generation of officials can be seen and felt in all that he does, including his work with NISOA. With his plate full of responsibilities at PRO and beyond, we are grateful Rob was able to spend a short season with us and wish him all the best in his expanding roles. Rob will continue to be a valuable asset to the collegiate game and NISOA alike. Thank you Rob, for your continued support of NISOA and officials everywhere.  

With that, NISOA is seeking a new Director of Education for our 2026 season and beyond. If you have experience at the highest level, are passionate about sharing your expertise and insights, and have the energy and time needed to commit to one of NISOA’s most critical roles, please consider applying.  

NCAA postseason and College Cup experience are preferred.
