The Director of Education is responsible for building a strategic roadmap that supports NISOA’s mission. Defines current and future program direction, sets long-term goals, and allocates the necessary resources to achieve them. The role involves vision, creation, objective setting, and action planning for sustained success. Develops a team of experts to execute educational content. Duties include the development and coordination of the educational calendar, execution of webinars/clinics, and creation of educational materials.
